Shipping & returns / import charges

REFUND POLICY:

All sales final and no returns are possible as items are usually 1 of 1.  

Exchanges may be given in exceptional circumstances, for example due to product fault.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged with evidence.

Please ensure when buying to check measurements of the clothing to see if it will fit ( not all pieces are a typical UK size) - if you need help with this please get in touch.

If you require your piece for a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will see if this can be achieved. 

DUTIES & TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about these fees, we recommend checking with your country’s customs authority.

Please note that we are legally required to declare all items at their full purchase price and cannot adjust this amount to reduce customs fees.

We are unable to cover any additional charges that may apply upon delivery and, unfortunately, cannot accept returns or offer refunds for orders that were not received due to unpaid duties or failure to arrange delivery or collection.
